TDA2EG: Can OpenCV features be used on DSP/M4/EVE?

I am studying how to use the OpenCV features on TDA2Ex platform. There are 2 docs named "OpenCV_cross_compile_Steps_for_A15_BIOS/Linux" in the VSDK (ti_components\open_compute\opencv\opencv-3.1.0\docs).

So my question is can the opencv libs be used for DSP/M4/EVE? As the compiling toolchain is different with A15, so i think the pre-built OpenCV libs can not be used for DSP/M4/EVE. If i want to use opencv features on DSP/M4/EVE, what i should do?

Hi,

Open CV is supported on A15 only, not on M4 and EVE.
Few functions are accelerated on DSP. But for all practical purpose you should assume it only available on A15.
