What is the minimum and maximum voltage we can connect with GPMC module. As my NAND flash will work with 1.8V and 3.3V.

    Hi Athuljith,

    DM816x GPMC pins are supplied by DVDD_3P3, see DM816x datasheet, 4.2.5 General-Purpose Memory Controller (GPMC) Signals

    DVDD_3P3 min/max values are 3.13/3.47 volts, see DM816x datasheet, 5.3 Recommended Operating Conditions

    You should use your NAND in 3.3V mode.
