obtain frames from video encoding.

Hi, 

There is a video_encdec.pjt giving in the example file of the DVSDK file.  

1)After i compile and run the program, CCS show "encode/decode". What is this mean?

2)Is there any way to monitor the encoded video using PC host.

3)if  the video_encdec is working, how to obtain an individual frame from the video encoded.

Pls help me to remove my doubt.
