I want to import one of you Sitara reference designs to Altium (Schematic with Layout).

The file "sprr241.zip" includes 4 files.
BOM.xlsx
Layout.brd
Schematic.DSN
Schematic.pdf.
With Altium designer (V17.1.9) i can import the Schematic.DSN with the Import wizard.
When i try to import the Layout.brd the following error appears.
I tried to open the Layout.brd with Eagle 9.0.1 (Demo Version )
The following Error appears
" Zeile 1, Spalte 1: Öffnendes Element erwartet. "
In english:" row 1, column 1: opening file expected. "
do anyone have an idea to solve the problem?
