GGU and ZGU are Microstar BGA, but are there any differences between them?

As far as I can tell, the only difference between GGU and ZGU is that ZGU is lead free while GGU is not lead free.

I will just confirm that the IBIS model for GGU can be used instead of ZGU without any impact. I do not expect the IBIS model to change due to the lead free package.

Just following up to say that I have confirmed that the IBIS model for GGU can indeed be used instead of the IBIS model for ZGU (Pb-Free).
