DSP with McASP and USB

I'm working on an architecture for sampling 12 channels of analog data at up to 256K samples/sec and need a processor (DSP?) that can interface to two or three ADC chips (two chips: 8xADC + 4xADC or three chips: three 4xADC).  The ADC chips time-division-multiplex 4 or 8 channels of 32-bit data (8 bits status + 24 bits data) on a single DOUT lead.  I'd like to find a processor that can directly interface to these chips (McASP with at least 3 inputs that support four 32-bit TDM channels/input).  The processor would then collect the data and transfer to a host SoC via HS USB bulk endpoint (480Mb/s - expecting ~100Mb/s sustained throughput needed on dedicated USB port at the 256K sample/sec rate).  The processor would primarily be an input interface device to another SoC in the system.  

Can you recommend a processor for this design?
