encountered error when install ccs 4.0 & TMS320C55XXCSL-LOWPWR-2.10.00.00-Setup.exe

Hi all,

      i encountered such error below  when install ccs 4.0 & TMS320C55XXCSL-LOWPWR-2.10.00.00-Setup.exe, could anyone tell me what is going on, it seen that  "/installkitvfs/lib/twapi/twapi.dll" is a linux path, but TMS320C55XXCSL-LOWPWR-2.10.00.00-Setup.exe does a windows setup file, and the twapi.dll seem to be a dll of tcl script runtime.
