Hello,

Is there any memory protection function on AM5728 with TI-RTOS?
For example, my customers want to know whether a memory protection function could prevent the memory region of Cortex-A15 from the DSP access.

Hi,

From the AM572x TRM 1.1 AM572x Overview, the memory protection supports on C66x cores. There is a wiki processors.wiki.ti.com/.../MemoryProtectionOnKeystoneDevices for C66x MPU.

Can you elaborate your case, there is some shared memory between DSP and A15? And you want to dedicate some regions to A15 only, if DSP tries to access this region, it is rejected and A15 receives some access violation?
