Thanks for considering TI during your design phase. We have some options that could meet most of your requirements, and you will need to take a look by yourself in the general device specs and decide which ones are critical for you and based on that criteria, select the closest part. Below are some recommendations:

For example, for very low power consumption, you can look at www.ti.com/.../products.html

Now, for higher performance, AM57x family would be the right recommendation: www.ti.com/.../products.html

Please note that in the right side, there are filters that you can use to fine tune your selection.

Note also that you mentioned Quad ARM9, perhaps you are looking for Quad A9, if so, our AM572x family has the performance that you are looking for. And as I said above, you will need to check what is key for your design and see if it will be the right fit.
