DM6446 IBIS model for DDR2

I checked the current DM6446 IBIS model without the DDR2. Could TI provide this IBIS DDR2 model for customer reference ?Thanks !

    The approach we have taken regarding the DDR2 interface for the DM6446, and many other devices as well, is to provide a couple of application notes that provide guidelines and rules with respect to layout.
    These are noted below and taken from the TMS320DM6446 Product Folder.

    In general TI does not provide IBIS models for the DDR2, instead TI provides DDR2 layout documentation (for example SPRAAC5g) that gives a fully functional DDR2 interface without the need for extensive simulation and testing, thus the IBIS model should be unnecessary, this is the only way that TI supports the DDR2 interface. If you still feel that you need an IBIS model for the DDR2 interface than please work with your local TI contact or http://support.ti.com.
