Target configuration, ECG Source Code

Hello,

I have a question regarding the ECG Tool (http://focus.ti.com/docs/solution/folders/print/464.html).

I work with the CCS Programm from your side. But I have a problem with the source Code from the side: http://code.google.com/p/c5505-ezdsp/.

When I debug the Code I get this message.

Can you help me? Can you say me, how I have to set the target configuration?

    Hi Heinrich,

    it appears that you tried to download the code to a simulator, not a physical board. Which simulator did you use?

    If you want to use a C55x simultor, please try one of the followings. I have no problem to download the code with the simulators.

    1. C55x Rev 3.0 CPU Cycle Accurate Simulator

    2. C55x Rev 3.0 CPU Functional Simulator

    However, you won't be able to run the code with the simulator. You need a ECG MDK board to be able to run and debug it.

    thank you very much for your answer. I want to test a physikal ECG MDK board.

    In the moment I haven't a board, but in the future I get one. Now I want to do all configuration.

    Can you say me which target configurations I need for a physikal board? Is the Code which I have Download right?
