Hi Biser,

my question mainly regarding to via size selection and its effect on performance.

1.can we use blind buried via in DDR interface and AM3352 power supply pins?

and if we use please suggest blind buried via parameter for AM3352 to high speed interface.

We don't have recommendations for via size and type of via. This is highly board specific and must be chosen by the PCB designer. In general it's perfectly possible to route an AM335x board without using blind/buried vias. You can refer the EVM board designs available here: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../AM335x_Boards PCB layouts are in Cadence Allegro format, for which there is a free viewer available at Cadence web site.

I should also mention that there are restrictions on the number of vias used in DDR3 traces. Typically 2 vias per trace are allowed.
