in document "TMS320C6472/TMS320TCI648x DSPDDR2 Memory Controller", it ssys that "device has the following configuration":

• Maximum data rate: 533MHz
• Number of banks: 8
• Page size: 1024 words
• CAS latency: 4

especially that "Maximum data rate: 533MHz",does it say that C6472 support DDR2 400 for instance,but the maxmium is 533?

If so, how should i select a DDR2 400 device,and how should i set the configuration?

To be more specific, what you noted is an example in the document. And has an associated example configuration for some of the bit fields of the SDCFG registers.

Slower speeds are supported as well, so a DDR2 400 Device which is JEDEC DDR2 compliant and can be supported in configuration (see SDCFG register and fields to determine the number of Banks, Page Size, CAS Latency values that cna be supported) then it would work.

As for configuration, the document you referenced has details, and examples can be found with the Power-On Self Test on the EVM. I'll try to find a link and post it.
