My application using SYS/BIOS can not access the DDR2/mDDR.PBBPR register.
I'm trying to access it in main() before BIOS_start(), but I can not. Is there any setting what I should do before the access?
Is the privileged mode required? Do I have to set it in the initializing procedure?

Are you able to access the PBBPR register through the Registers window in CCS?
If you are loading your application through CCS, the DDR is initialized after connecting to the core using a GEL file. In OMAP-L138_LCDK.gel, the last line in DEVICE_DDRConfig() sets the PBBPR register.
You can modify this GEL file directly if you are just trying to write to the PBBPR register.
