AM3359: PDN impedance requirements

Dear Experts,
I am trying to find out some info about the PDN impedance requirements for the most critical processor power rails.
For the most recent processor, TI gives same guidelines about the max impedance vs frequency but for this processor couldn't find anything.

Hi Oscar,
AM335x devices consume significantly less power relative to some other devices in the Sitara family so the PDN is easier to achieve. Please refer to the device data sheet for power delivery requirements. I'd also recommend you review sections 1-6 of SPRAC76 for device-agnostic layout best-practices.
