Update the SDK component

Dear Sir:

It's wonderful that the DVSDK is updating continously.

In my DVSDK the version of all packages are old.

I just got codec_engine_1_02, framework_components_1_00_03, xdais_5_00,.etc.

I am developing my own xDAIS compliant algorithm now and find that TI has some newer version components and has Qualiti tool, RTSC wizard, .etc.

It seems that this will be a great help when developing complexity xDAIS algorihm.

Can I updata those packages in DVSDK by myself? I was worried about the compatibility.

    becuase these tools where tested with newer DVSDKs, upgrading to newer DVSDK would be the recommended approach.

    That said, with regards to QualiTI, DVSDK version should not matter since this tool just checks for XDAIS complaince.  With regards to Wizards, I am a little less sure, it may work with older versions of DVSDK or it may not.  It would be a safer bet to upgrade to a newer DVSDK; in addition to getting these tools, you will also get new features added to the kernel drivers, easier to use codec engine framework, and better quality video codecs...
