I saw in this post: http://e2e.ti.com/support/dsp/tms320c5000_power-efficient_dsps/f/110/p/66448/240170.aspx#240170 that active DMA caused this problem. I have opened TI Debugger and GEL is run which resets the peripherals. When I try and load my project I still get this error message. Why would the DMA still be active? How do I tell? And how would I shutdown the DMA so code load is successful?
