AM3358: Custom board hangs

hi,

i have done SOM with AM335X processor. I am able to boot the SOM. but after some time, my application is closing. So i tried with without running my application. only done pinging  to the PC using terminal . after some time terminal is not responding.i thought processor is not responding. can anyone provide me a solution. how to solve this issue.
