C5515 Fingerprint development kit-can't write spi flash

I've bought a C5515 Fingerprint development kit recently. And I have successfully connected my emulator to the target board in CCS4.1.2.0027,but I can't load the file(boot_atw.bin, boot_cmos.bin) to the spi flash of the FDK. When I follow the instruction of "C5515 FDK Software User Guide", it turns out the problem as follows:

WRITE ERROR! at 0x00008000
Wrote 0x09aa Read 0x0182

Is there anyone can help me?

Hello Yang,

I will find me a C5515 Fingerprint development kit to duplicate your problem. My PC runs with XP. I will keep you posted.

Problem has been solved. I removed the sensor from the mainboard, then link the FDK with computer using JTAG, get into ccs4 and load "program.out", follow the instruction of "C5515 FDK Software User Guide". It works in the end.
