Are you asking about whether the devices has an internal pull down resistor or are you asking about an evaluation platform with a pull down resistors?

Hi Asi,
Internal pull down resistors for the C6203 are included to hold unused signals in a known state. These should only be used if the ball is not connected to anything on the board. If the signal is used or any additional trace is added on the board, an external pulling resistor should be used. For the reset signal you should be using an external pull down resistor. The value of internal resistors is not a specific value and will vary across process.

Can you say what would be the range of this internal resistor - you said it is varied across process, so do you have any statistic to share?
