Hi,

SM output event is not generated, device does not go into OP, stays in SAFEOP + Error.

Please apply filter

ecat.fmmu || ecat.reg.alctrl==8 || ecat.syncman

and look at last 6 frames

FMMU and SM are configured and PDO is sent then check LRW in the last frame, which supposed to trigger SM Output event

Hi Rasty,

With ecat.fmmu or ecat.ado == 0x600 filter, I am seeing all FMMU = 0.

Are you still using the IgH master to run the test? There is a particular IgH master branch (patch) noted in the thread that should help - e2e.ti.com/.../2480006

Frame 78067 FMMU off, then frame 78111 FMMU on.
What do I miss?

Apparently I scrolled too fast...yes, frame 78111 has FMMU activated.

Did you have chance to test against the IgH master with overlapped PDO implementation? We have confirmed that even with one slave case, the PINDSW-141 is still applicable, and overlapping PDO is required to reduce the overhead of switching FMMU/SM in PRU firmware.

Only overlapped PDOs works as expected.
