AM5728: HDMI jitter specifications

Hello,

Could you give me the advice for the jitter specified in the HDMI specification?
Especially, please let me know what types of jitter for "TMDS　Differential Clock Jitter, max".
I think there are some kinds of jitter; for example, a period jitter, a cycle to cycle jitter and so on.

In the datasheet of AM5728, "The HDMIPHY DC Electrical Characteristics are compliant with the HDMI 1.4a specification and are not reproduced here." is described.
Even though my customers confirm the specification, the detailed conditions are not described in the specification.
So, they also want to know how did you evaluate the HDMI interface.

We only assert that we meet the HDMI standard as stated in the DM and TRM. We do not publish individual specifications for this interface.

Could you tell me how to measure that AM5728 could meet the HDMI standard?
Or should I refer the specification and ask the specification to the vendor for a measuring instrument?

For HDMI Electrical Characterization (clock jitter, eye diagrams, ect) we used the Tektronix DPO 70804 with the software application paid for and installed, HDMI Compliance1.3 (or 1.4 worked for us too).

My understanding is that any of the Tektronix 70xxx series oscilloscopes should have the bandwidth, sampling rate and software support to enable you for HDMI Compliance and Validation.
