How to configure AM3715 enter Boundary Scan mode?

Hi,

I want a AM3715 to enter Boundary Scan mode ,and do some test throught JTAG interface,

could anyone give some advice or is there any DOC for me as REF,

Below is link to OMAP35xx Wiki regarding gaining access to boundary scan. Icepick instructions shown below and included in this Wiki were a requirement on OMAP34xx/35xx due to device limitations but have been corrected in AM37xx design so are no longer necessary.

thank you for your reply, James;

I stilll can not enter boundary scan(BS) test mode now;

another thing what is IDcode for this chip (AM3715)? I think this may affect doing infra test .

Alex,

IDcode should not be required to enter boundary scan mode or pass infrastructure test. We do not have IDcode included in our OMAP35xx BSDL file either and it passes intrastructure test using Corelis boundary scan tools. if you are still having problems, it might be helpful if you summarize the tools you are using and exact steps you are following to enter boundary scan on AM37x.
