Why the EVM connect the SPI1_CS1n(ball A22) to DDR VTT?

is there any scenario to turn off VTT by SoC?

Hi,

Yes, this pin could turn off VTT during <DDR in self-refresh>, thus saving power. I'm not aware if/how it is used in software. Hope it will be answered here soon.
