AMIC110: EMC test issues

Part Number: AMIC110
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMDXICE110

Hello,

the Problem I faced, is the following:

After setting the AMIC110 into an EMC Test after some time the IOs went into an tri-state position.
I see it on the SPI bus, that the signal just jumps between 0V and 0.5V instead of 0V and 3.3V. And another pin, that should stay permanently on 3.3V stays on 1.5V.
Few days ago, I had case, that the SPI bus jumps between 1.5V and 3.3V. So it looks like some of the MOSFETs on the Output are not switching anymore.
When power the device off and on again everything is normal again.

Is there anything known about that? Is there anything I can do against that? I measured the power supply on the board, and it is ok. It delivers 3.3V, 1.5V and 1.1V as requested.
I measured the signals directly on the Pins of the AMIC. And there is no current flowing over this pins. I measured the voltage drop over some resistors, which are directly connected to this pins in front of the IO-Buffers.
So there must be a fault in the AMIC.
