C674x Memory Recommendations

Please provide recommended memory devices for 200Mhz TMS320C6742BZCE2 and 450Mhz TMS320C6746BZWT4...
Our minimum memory requirement is 4MB (ie 2M x 16), however it's doubtful that the mDDR or DDR2 is that small. The smallest I've found is 8M x 16.
