Error after booting DM355 Leopard board

Hi I am trying to install RR's SDK (DM355SDK840402) for my DM355 Leopard board. I was successful in doing it but I am getting an error after booting

"can't open /dev/ttyS0: No such file or directory
process '-/bin/sh' (pid 971) exited. Scheduling for restart."

This error will be continuously displayed on the screen.

Can anyone give me pointer to solve this issue?
