In my application i have to play mp4 video data stored in SD card and display it on LCD display ( which is VESA compatible) using DM6446.
So using DM6446 i am able do it or not ?

SD is supported, and as long as it is using a filesystem Linux supports, you should be able to (decode) play it.
What's your video resolution and frame rate? You need to be sure the VPBE can support the display.
There is a community project that enables mp4 playback on Dm6446 @ gstreamer.ti.com
pixel clock 75MHz and max resolution is 4Kx2K, with other limitations.
What do you want to display?
