Upgrading DVSDK1.3 to DVSDK1.4

hi,all

I want to upgrade my DVSDK 1.3 to DVSDK 1.4 , and I've installed some relative softwares before just like mvl 4.0.1  ,  xdc , bios  (just as the steps written in " TMS320DM6446 DVEVM v1.30 Getting Started Guide "

Now do I have to upgrade those softwares?

Any document about this problem would be appreciate.

    Typically, we recommend you install the DVSDK in its entirety as the components included in the in each DVSDK release have been tested for compatibility within that corresponding release.  As you probrabbly noticed, there are some components that overlap among DVSDK releases and although it is posible to just update individual components, we find customers often encounter dificulties when they mix incompatible software components together.  A safer bet that may save you time in the long run is to upgrade to the entire DVSDK release you want to work with.
