Customer used TCI6638, ARM core0 runs linux, how does the ARM core0 boot ARM1~3 core?
(1) ARM1～ARM3 run non-os code, how does ARM0 communicate to ARM1~3.
(2) ARM1~ARM3 run linux, how to do?
(3) ARM0 binds ARM1~ARM3 to its linux process.
