Hi,
Thank you Chintan,
Is it possible to send me that software,
If you cannot post it here I shall add you to my friend list and you can mail me.
Regards.
Just to let you know, I am in touch with the PSP team and will let you know about the schedule.
Regards,
Chintan
The teams are busy with the release of another product, so I guess it would take sometime before modifed xloader supporting EMAC boot is released. However, if you want, I can message you the required software.

Chintan
I believe the SDK over in http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/sdo_sb/targetcontent/sdk/AM3517/latest/index_FDS.html has what you're looking for in U-Boot.
Thanks but I'm a little confused as to what u-boot has to do with EMAC boot. It's kind of like the cart before the horse. My interpretation of what was designed into the AM3517 ROM code was a derivative of BOOTP services that could be leveraged to bring a board up with only RAM available. The tool that was previously mentioned seem to be addressing that from the PC side.
Are there any updates on this issue? I've been reading through the TRM for the AM3517 to understand how to boot it via the EMAC. It doesn't elaborate on the UDP datagram it sends. If there is special software required I'd also like to try it out even if it's not the official release.
Thanks,
Jemiah
