tms320dm368 support virtual memory

1. The TMS320DM368 does not support virtual memory.

2. Maximum DDR2 size supported by the TMS320DM368 is 256MB.

3. Maximum NOR flash size supported by the TMS320DM368 is 16MB.

As you pointed out, the TMS320DM368 actually can support virtual memory thanks to the ARM 926EJ-S MMU.

There is no limitation on NAND size. However the NAND should be compatible with RBL for booting from NAND.

Why it is limitation with NOR Flash size(16 MB) not for NAND flash?

The NOR flash address reach is limited by the physical AEMIF address bus while the NAND flash is not.
