AM3352: Boot issue at high temperature

Part Number: AM3352
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SYSCONFIG

Hi. We have a problem on booting.

We make a custom board using am3352. we tested booting test at high temperature. The board was left in the chamber for one hour at 75°C and supply power.

At that time, some boards did not booting. we didn't receive any message from console. The boards operated normally at 25°C.

we use sysboot config '01011b' (usb0-> nand-> spi0-> mmc0). there was no device on the usb0. The booting data is in nand. usb0 is only used for testing and debugging.

I wonder why the board did not booting at high temperature.

Best Regards.
