is DM3730 capable of 1 encode and 4 decode simultaneously? (CIF, 15 FPS for each)

Hi, 

We plane to use DM3730 build video phone. Is it capable of running 1 encode and 4 decode of CIF, 15 FPS simultaneously? Is there any reference about how to implement multi-encode/decode on DM3730?
