But it seems to be described about ccs debug or Linux.

Could you tell me how to run the device "stand-alone" using a PRU-ICSS project(TI-RTOS base)?

We plan to port the Linux based PRU-ICSS examples into TI-RTOS. Essentially you need build the example and convert the .out file to .bin or .h file for host PRUSS driver to load into PRU memory. There are a few e2e threads discussing the topic:
