Connection Problem for DM6446EVM and CCS3.3

Hello all,

I have problem to connect DM6446EVM and CCS3.3

on running CCS3.3 , it warns to "Error initializing emulator".

Next is my configurations. Is there my mistake?

1. CCS 3.3 and 6446EVM-revD (dark green solder mask PCB)

2. CCS service pack 12. fn:SR12_CCS_v3.3_SR_3.3.82.10.1.exe

3. XDS560R driver. fn : setupXDS560RCCSPlatinum_v30329A.exe

4. board support. fn : SetupDavinciEVM-Release321.exe

5. S3:
