Hello,
Has anyone seen any DM365 USB Video Class drivers that implement method 2 or 3 (for still image capture) on any platform (i.e. DM365 EVM, IPNC, EUCDK) and/or kernel?
If not, any suggestions on good starting points to do this?
Thanks,
Katie

I have made some progress with the UVC still image capture support. However the bigger picture requires significantly more work.
I am trying to build a digital still image camera with video preview and a UVC interface. I have both the IPNC and EUCDK reference designs available. I am wondering how the AV Server video streaming application can be used to achieve these goals simultaneously:
1. XGA or 720p 30fps video
2. 8 MP still image capture
In other words, for each picture, I need the AV Server to be able to configure the sensor, IPIPE and the rest of the chain for XGA or 720p at 30 fps, and then be able to reconfigure the same components to 8 MP ~5fps with multi-pass resizer, and then back - all seemless to the user.
Please advise. Is the AV Server the right platform for this?
Thanks,
Evan
