AM3356: DDR3 VREF bypass

Hi

I have a question about AM335x DDR3 layout.

In my customer's board, VREFDQ and VREFCA of DDR3 memory are bypassed to VDDS_DDR(1.5V) as attached file.
But I never seen such bypass circuit in the AM335x datasheet DDR3 layout guide and EVM schematics.
Should they remove this bypass circuit from their desing?
Please give me an advise.
