AM4379: IDK fails to start

What Linux version are you using? What do you mean by "I tried to install rt-linux processor sdk in it"? How do you connect to Host PC? What are the terminal settings?

I am using RT-Linux ti-processor-sdk-linux-rt-am437x-evm-04.03.00.05
Then I executed create-sdcard.sh and inserted sd card into IDK board.
I connected to teraterm using USB with baudrate 115200.

Can you type in dmesg and save it to a file? Then attach the file to this thread.

I am sorry , what you mean by dmesg?

Actually there is no message in serial port. Nothing is printed.

Hi,
The main LED is still glowing after powering ON. The ethernet port LED is not glowing, is this a kind of failure of board?

Is there any way to check boar is burned out?

This is the error while connecting through JTAG.

If you cannot connect with code composer then there may be something wrong with the board. You can check the voltage rails and the reset signal. The only thing needed for JTAG to connect is for the power to be present, the reset signal high and the clock. If it can't connect with JTAG and these three items are present, there may be a problem with the board.

I checked Expansion Connectors , I/O lines etc every where is showing voltage except in GB Ethernet Port.

How to find specific location affected?

Is there any service provided by TI for recovering these boards.
