can any1 send me  the code how 2 send/receive a  packet using ethernet interface on DM6446 DSP

    There is a Linux Board Support Package for the DM6446 that would have a driver for the Ethernet MAC peripheral inside the DM6446 which runs on the ARM.
    The linux software can be obtained via the instructions on the DM6446 EVM Product Folder.

    I am not aware of any driver that is available for the DSP inside the DM6446.
