Linux/TDA2EG-17: output image probability is striped and abnormal

HI,

After the system is powered on and off several times, the output image probability is striped and abnormal.

1. Observe the register values of the encoder and decoder for normal and abnormal conditions. The values are the same.
2. Do the system reset(Device Reset Input) without power off, but the image is still abnormal.

Is there any value that exists in the case of constant power and will not be initialized?

Which demo test case you try to run?

Is this issue happen very rarely or always?
