AM4379: Wrong output level

Part Number: AM4379

Hello,
customer measured a wrong output pin signal level. This pin has a default value of 2.4V and not as expected 0V. It goes to 3.3V when setting it to high but goes not to 0V when setting it to low.

It is pin
Ball Number: L23
PIN Name: mcasp0_aclkr
Mode: 5
Signal: pr0_pru0_gpo4
Peripheral I/F Mode: ENDAT1_OUT

On the expansion connector it is pin 34.

What could be the reason.

Regards, Holger
