use functions of DSPLINK driver inside linux kernel

Hey all,

I want to use the dsplink driver's API from inside the kernel.

is it possible, Can I call the driver (dsplinkk.ko) fucntions from a code inside the kernel ?

I tried to compile the dsplink package inside the kernel but with no success, anyone did it or knows how to do it ?

Harel,

It is not recommended to use DSPLink API's from the kernel.

The DSPLink build system is triggered from the command link and internally invokes the kernel build system for a few platforms.

What is your use case? Which platform are you on on? I can recommend next steps based on your answers.
