AM3352: USB Babble error at low temperature

Hi,

We would like to know if the temperature has any effect on USB Babble error.
Our customer is using AM335x USB as host and the software is provided from 3rd Party.

This application has an issue with frequent USB Babble error especially during
low temperatures(less than 0 deg), there won't be any Babble error at higher temperatures.

Hello DK,

Looking into the schematics the part number seems to be "AM3357ZCZD72".
I will re-check with the customer and let you know if there is any change.

Hi,
No, low temperature shouldn't increase babble from a SoC perspective. These (Extended Junction Temp) devices are fully qualified to operate at -40c, however, it is possible that low temperature could affect the USB peripheral attached to the SoC which could result in babble.
