so I managed to run the example of the cdc module:
csl_usb_cdc_example
and my pc recognize the device properly and everything.
the problem arrives when I try to open any kind of serial terminal.
I have tried putty, hyper-terminal and "advanced serial port monitor".
all gave me the same error message when I tried to open the port: "Unable to configure serial port"
any idea what's causing this and how to fix it?
I work with ccs 6, C55XCSL version 3.8, and dsp/bios version 5.42.1.09
