The RTC support on DM368

Hi,all!

I use the DM368-MT5 IPNC as my base to develop a camera, the time and RTC is very important for my application.

but I find that the RTC is not supported very well in the DM368 IPNC. However what I do,the time will change to be the year of 2000 automatically.

I have serached the past post in this froum about RTC support on DM365, there is a post say that the RTC hadn't supported on both the software and the hardware at the end of 2009. so I want to konw is it supported very well now? How can I do to use the intenal RTC on DM368?

If the RTC on DM368 still can't be supported,what kind of external RTC chips is recommended(I mean the driver of the external RTC is integrated in the lsp and works stablely)?

btw:my DM368-MT5 IPNC software is release 2.0.0.

Thank you very much!I think this is a common problem, and it is very urgent for me.

If the RTC on DM368 is unaavilable,I need to choose a external RTC chip.

My DM368 IPNC RTC works perfectly well. Can you please explain what you are doing to change the year to 2000 after you have set the clock?

Hi!

Do you use the APPRO DM368 IPNC?

I use the IPNC 2.0.0.0 release, I find that however I set the time of IPNC, if I reboot it, the time will return to 2000-01-01 00:00:00.

Do you have this question?

Yes I am using the Appro DM368 IPNC with software release 2.0.

How are you setting the clock and how are you viewing the clock?

I set the clock in the GUI by synchronizing with the PC time. I the use the OSD to display the date and time. If I power down the IPNC then power it back on the time and date remain correct.
