  • Tool/software: Linux

glibc site: https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=19329   this bug  in glibc 2.22, How to fix this bug?

  • Hi yin yu,

(merged the two threads as they are quite similar)

Do you face any issues related to those bugs? Can you give more details of your problem?

For sourceware.org/.../show_bug.cgi I see in "Comment 7" and "Comment 9" there are proposed some fixes, can you try them?

For bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi in "Comment 15" there are two patches for the issue (from later comment it seems they are merged to glib's tree).

    Regards,
    Yordan

  • Hi Yu Yin,

Since there are some discussions ongoing at the moment, and to avoid repeated discussions, I'm moving this thread to closed state.
We can come back and update this thread when there is clarity.
