hello
we intended to alias address of 0x9000_0000 (in ddr3) to 0x0C00_0000(in MSM).
we used SES MPAX register for privID = 0 (core 0) to do this. below is the simple code we wrote, what we expected was to read\write into MSM by accessing outOfBound variable. but it doesn't work, at least we can't see any change in MSM using CCS. does anyone know what we are doing wrong?
CODE:
<code>
#define MSM_CONFIG_BASE_ADDRESS 0x0BC00000
#define MSM_SES_MPAXL_ID0_0 0x0BC00600
#define MSM_SES_MPAXH_ID0_0 0x0BC00604
unsigned int * msmSesMaxpLId0P0 = (unsigned int *)(MSM_SES_MPAXL_ID0_0);
unsigned int * msmSesMaxpHId0P0 = (unsigned int *)(MSM_SES_MPAXH_ID0_0);
volatile int * outOfBound = (int *)(0x90000000);
volatile int T1,T2,T3;
void main()
{
*msmSesMaxpHId0P0 = (0xB) | (0x90000 << 12);
*msmSesMaxpLId0P0 = (0x3F)| (0x00C000 << 8);
T1 = outOfBound[0];
T2 = outOfBound[1];
T3 = outOfBound[3];
outOfBound[0] = 10;
outOfBound[1] = 11;
outOfBound[2] = 12;
outOfBound[3] = 13;
outOfBound[4] = 14;
}
