AM4378: DDR3 single-sided layout

For DDR3 design guidelines see section 5.13.8.2.1 in the AM437x Datasheet Rev. D. Also please describe what you mean by "single-sided layout".

I mean all components are placed on one side of the PCB, including capacitors.
When placing components on both sides, it is usually placed directly under the chip in order to maximize the effect of the filter capacitor. Now I am worried that the filter capacitor will not work properly, which will make the chip work susceptible to interference.
