AM3352: DDR3 clock frequency

Hi SIr

We used AM3352 with DDR3 for development

We do the DDR test and found the min tCk should be 2.5000ns, But the measurement result is 2.4984ns. It seems failed.

Can TI offer the SW method to modify the parameter ? or other suggestion. ?

Hi,

This is a 0.06% difference. I suggest you check your main oscillator frequency accuracy, as the DDR clock is derived from it.
